Tegan Campbell

Hi, my name is Tegan and I’m a qualified personal trainer and professional athlete.

I’m currently competing as a PNBA (Professional Natural Bodybuilding Association) Figure Athlete and proudly sponsored by Mass Nutrition, Miss Nutrition and Flush Fitness. During my first year of competing I won the Australian Figure and Physique title and Ms Figure Natural Olympia, which is the highest achievement in amateur bodybuilding.

As a professional figure athlete I’m required to compete with a high level of fitness, symmetrical muscle tone, a very low body fat percentage and a feminine stage presentation.

Prior to becoming a figure competitor I competed in triathlons, half marathons, and number of 5km and 10km fun runs. Some of my favourite events were the Gold Coast Half Marathon, Noosa Triathlon and Bridge to Brisbane.


I have always been heavily involved in sport from a young age and at the age of sixteen was given the great advice to follow a career based on what I love most, which was health and fitness. I first completed a school-based traineeship in Sport and Recreation and then went on to study a Bachelor in Sport and Exercise Science at university. Whilst studying I was working as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor at the YMCA in Brisbane.

After university I moved back to Miles to manage the council owned Murilla Fitness Centre and Miles Swimming Pool as my own business. During this time I also became a QLD Rural Health Lighten Up facilitator and fitness coach for the Condamine Cods.

When my two year contract ended I moved back to Brisbane to complete a Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy and worked as a Massage Therapist for the Brisbane Broncos. During this time I was also managing a 24-7 Fitness Centre co-owned by Brisbane Lions Captain, Jonathon Brown.

I am now currently based on the Sunshine Coast and working at Goodlife Maroochydore and following my dream to be a professional athlete.

Exercise is my absolute passion and I thoroughly enjoy helping people reach their goals. I feel very honoured to provide training tips for the upcoming Yuleba Fun Run and raising money for the Help Kids Like Nick organisation.

I believe this will be a fantastic event and look forward to participating myself.
